SHIPPING
Unless otherwise requested, shipment will be by UPS Ground. See map for expected delivery from date of shipment. Shipments will be made no later than the next day after receipt of order.
Small Orders for refrigerated items may be subject to a $10 refrigeration fee.
BACK ORDER POLICY
Any items not shipped with your order are placed on backorder. These items are shipped when the product becomes available, unless you request we cancel the backorder.
INVOICE POLICY
Orders may be charged to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or may be charged to the customer. Invoices will be included with the shipment and are payable Net 30 Days. Statements will be issued at the end of the month. Orders may also be shipped C.O.D. for a $9.00 fee which will be added to the invoice.
FREIGHT POLICY
For orders under $150 a $7 shipping fee will be added to the invoice.
